Why PNB
A dealer,
not a catalog.
Anyone can ship you a chair. We walk your floor plate, listen to how your team actually works, and put together furniture packages from forty-plus manufacturers, matched to your budget, your building, and your timeline.
One contract, one point of contact, one crew that shows up when they say they will. That's the difference between buying furniture and furnishing a workplace.

The Collection
Furniture for every function.
Twenty-four signature series across eight categories, each one vetted for build quality, warranty, and the way it holds up on a Tuesday afternoon in year six. Every piece is available in multiple finishes, with trade and volume pricing on request.
Don't see it here? We can source it.
The collection above is a curated sample. As a dealer, we quote across 40+ manufacturers. If you've seen a piece anywhere, we can price it or match it.
Services
Everything between idea and install.
Most furniture problems aren't furniture problems — they're coordination problems. PNB runs the whole sequence in-house, so your project has one owner from the first walkthrough to the last punch-list item.
Space Planning & Design
Before we talk product, we talk floor plate. Our planners produce measured test fits and block plans that reconcile headcount, code clearances, and the way your team actually moves through a day.
- On-site field measure & existing-conditions audit
- Test fits, block plans & furniture layouts
- Finish palettes & material boards
- Ergonomic & ADA compliance review
Furniture Sourcing & Procurement
Dealer relationships with more than forty contract manufacturers mean we specify on merit, not on quota. We manage quotes, lead times, freight, and order acknowledgments, and we chase every one of them so you don't have to.
- Multi-brand specification & competitive pricing
- Trade, volume & cooperative purchasing programs
- Lead-time management & order tracking
- Value engineering without the value loss

Custom Furniture & Millwork
When the catalog stops, our workshop starts. Reception desks with your logo inlaid, conference tables cut to the room, banquettes, wall paneling, and storage walls, all built from shop drawings we produce and stand behind.
- Custom reception desks & conference tables
- Architectural millwork & wall paneling
- Branded & specialty pieces
- Shop drawings, finish samples & prototyping

Delivery & White-Glove Installation
Certified installers, padded elevators, protected corridors, and COIs filed before anyone asks. We deliver after hours and on weekends when the building requires it, and we leave the site broom-clean, every time.
- Certified, background-checked install crews
- Building & property-management coordination, COIs
- After-hours & weekend installation
- Debris removal & broom-clean handover

Reconfiguration & Office Moves
Teams change faster than leases. We re-plan, tear down, relocate, and re-set the furniture you already own, often overnight, so Monday looks like it was always this way.
- Workstation reconfiguration & panel re-planning
- Internal & building-to-building moves
- Furniture decommissioning & buy-back
- Storage, asset tagging & inventory management
Aftercare, Warranty & Support
The install isn't the finish line — it's the handoff. Punch lists are closed within 48 hours, warranty claims are ours to run, and when a caster squeaks in year four, you still call the same person you called on day one.
- 48-hour punch-list resolution
- Manufacturer warranty management
- Repairs, parts & replacement sourcing
- Annual walkthrough for growing teams

The PNB Method
Five steps. Zero surprises.
Furniture projects go sideways in the gaps: between the designer and the dealer, the dealer and the freight company, the freight company and your building. Our method closes every gap because every step belongs to the same team.
Listen
Every engagement starts with a walkthrough and a working session: headcount today, headcount in three years, how the space is really used, and the budget conversation nobody likes to start. We start it.
Deliverable · Needs brief & budget rangePlan
Our planners field-measure the space and produce test fits and block plans. You see exactly what fits, what doesn't, and what it costs, before a single order is placed.
Deliverable · Measured test fit & block planDesign
Furniture specification across 40+ brands, finish palettes, fabric gradings, and physical samples in your hands. We present options at two or three price points, with our recommendation and our reasoning.
Deliverable · Full specification & finish boardApprove
One proposal: every line item, every lead time, every delivery date, one number. When you sign, we order, track, and expedite, and you get a live schedule instead of a shrug.
Deliverable · Signed proposal & project scheduleInstall
Certified crews deliver, stage, and install, after hours if your building demands it. We walk the space with you, log the punch list, and close it within 48 hours. Then the warranty clock starts, and we keep watching it.
Deliverable · Furnished space & closed punch listOur Commitments
Written into every proposal.
One project lead answers for planning, ordering, freight, and install. You will never be referred to "the other department."
98% of our installations land on the committed date. When a manufacturer slips, you hear it from us first, with a recovery plan.
Whatever the walkthrough finds (a scratched panel, a missing glide) is resolved or replaced within two business days.
Questions
Asked and answered.
Quick-ship programs can furnish a small office in two to three weeks. A full build-out with specified product typically runs six to ten weeks from signed proposal to installed space, driven mostly by manufacturer lead times, which we confirm in writing before you commit.
No. We furnish single private offices and 40,000-square-foot floor plates with the same process and the same crew standards. Smaller projects often ride our quick-ship programs for faster turnaround.
Yes — it's one of our most-used services. We inventory what you have, re-plan around it, reconfigure or relocate it, and fill the gaps with new product. We'll also decommission or buy back what no longer serves you.
Entirely. Certificates of insurance, freight elevator reservations, dock scheduling, corridor protection, after-hours access: our project lead coordinates directly with your property manager so you're never the go-between.
We hold dealer relationships with more than forty contract manufacturers across seating, systems, casegoods, and ancillary furniture. Because we're not tied to a single line, we specify on merit and price competitively across brands.
We photograph, file, and chase the freight claim ourselves, and a replacement is ordered the same day. Damage never becomes your paperwork; that's what the dealer is for.

About PNB
Two decades of showing up.
PNB Sales Inc. began with one van, one warehouse bay, and a conviction that furniture dealers should behave like partners, not order-takers. Twenty years and 850 projects later, the vans have multiplied — the conviction hasn't moved.
The Story
Built the way we build offices.
We started in Brooklyn, furnishing the offices the big dealers wouldn't return calls for: the six-person law firm, the storefront clinic, the startup on a folding-table budget. We treated every one like a flagship, and those clients grew. So did we.
Today PNB plans and installs workplaces across the United States, with dealer partnerships spanning forty-plus manufacturers, an in-house design studio, and installation crews we train ourselves. What we don't have: a call center, a hand-off culture, or a project that's too small to take seriously.
How we workHow We Operate
Four habits, non-negotiable.
Straight answers
Real lead times, real numbers, and "no" when no is the honest answer. Our clients plan around our word.
Specify on merit
Forty brands and no quotas means the chair we recommend is the chair we'd buy, at that budget, for that room.
Own the whole job
Planning, freight, install, warranty: one team answers for all of it. Gaps are where projects die; we don't leave gaps.
Leave it better
Broom-clean sites, protected corridors, and a punch list closed in 48 hours. The building should only know we were there by the furniture.
